Ryan Lutrario has a vast array of experience in business litigation, corporate structuring, commercial transactions, real estate transactions and receivership matters. Ryan joined the firm in 2013 and became a named partner in 2021, when the firm rebranded its name to INDEGLIA LUTRARIO, Attorneys at Law. He has a worked directly with business clients from the initial formation and structuring of their companies; through any business transactions, expansion or restructuring; and, with the resolution or litigation of any business disputes.
Throughout his career, Ryan has served as counsel to court-appointed receivers, with extensive practice in matters involving insolvency, corporate disputes, commercial law, efficient management and liquidation of business concerns, construction law and related disputes, and real estate development. He has successfully marketed and negotiated sales of real estate and assets for businesses in receivership. In addition, he has overseen the revitalization of entirely blighted neighborhoods through the receivership process, converting abandoned, residential property into reborn, safe and productive housing. As a result, in 2020, Ryan was named to the Superior Court panel of receivers and continues to diligently serve under the direction of the Rhode Island Superior Court and the City of Providence Housing Court.
Ryan has developed a progressive corporate and company entity maintenance practice. His unique and attentive program has assisted the majority of the firm’s clients in growing their companies and maintaining a system that benefits the company and the company’s stakeholders, creditors, and employees. He has successfully worked through comprehensive and difficult issues of formation, finance, and project development, all while assisting to maintain the right working environment for the client. On behalf of the same business clients, Ryan has successfully litigated and resolved complex business disputes, contract disputes, and various business claims arising out of fraud, embezzlement, trademark infringement and violations of non-compete agreements. To that end, Ryan has become the immediate contact and legal advisor to his business clients, providing prompt and thorough legal assistance and guidance to the firm’s clientele.
