He has successfully marketed and negotiated sales of real estate and assets for businesses in receivership. In addition, he has overseen the revitalization of entirely blighted neighborhoods through the receivership process, converting abandoned, residential property into reborn, safe and productive housing. He has successfully worked through comprehensive and difficult issues of formation, finance, and project development, all while assisting to maintain the right working environment for the client. On behalf of the same business clients, Ryan has successfully litigated and resolved complex business disputes, contract disputes, and various business claims arising out of fraud, embezzlement, trademark infringement and violations of non-compete agreements.
