JONATHAN JOSEPH LUCIDO
Jonathan “J.J.” Lucido is an associate at Indeglia Lutrario and part of the firm’s business, commercial litigation, and project development groups. As part of these groups, Jonathan represents entrepreneurs, professionals, and businesses through a client-centered approach to lawyering. By focusing intently on his clients and their diverse needs, Jonathan excels in helping them navigate through the various complexities of legal processes and any disputes that may arise along the way.
While attending the University of Baltimore School of Law, Jonathan was elected to the role of Editor-in-Chief for the school’s flagship journal, Law Review, and earned his role as a top-competing member of the school’s National Trial Competition Team. In addition, given his academic excellence and achievements, Jonathan was inducted into the Heuisler and Royal Graham Shannonhouse III Honor Societies at the University of Baltimore School of Law.
After graduating with honors and passing the bar exam, Jonathan clerked for the Honorable Superior Court Justice Sarah Taft-Carter during the 2021-22 judicial term. Due to the strength of his work product, professionalism, and leadership skills, he was promoted to Senior Judicial Law Clerk and served as the interim Supervising Attorney for the Rhode Island Supreme Court’s Trial Court Law Clerk Department during the 2022-23 judicial term.
Thereafter, Jonathan joined Indeglia Lutrario where he assists the firm’s clients in a wide variety of litigation and project development matters. Based on his experiences as a college-athlete, Jonathan understands the value of preparation, unwavering dedication, and the need to perform under pressure, all for the benefit of his clients.
