JONATHAN JOSEPH LUCIDO

ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

Jonathan “J.J.” Lucido is an associate at Indeglia Lutrario and part of the firm’s business & commercial litigation and project development groups.  Jonathan prides himself on being a client-centered practitioner, helping entrepreneurs, professionals, and business entities.  He is adept in helping clients navigate through contract disputes, public and private business projects, compliance with state and local regulatory requirements, and resolving any legal disputes that may arise along the way.

While attending the University of Baltimore School of Law, Jonathan was elected to the role of Editor-in-Chief for the school’s flagship journal, Law Review. In addition, Jonathan was inducted into the Heuisler and Royal Graham Shannonhouse III Honor Societies for his academic excellence and was a top-competing member of the school’s National Trial Competition Team.  After graduating with honors and passing the bar exam, Jonathan clerked for the Honorable Superior Court Justice Sarah Taft-Carter during the 2021-22 judicial term.  Due to the strength of his work product, professionalism, and leadership skills, he was promoted to Senior Judicial Law Clerk and served as the interim Supervising Attorney for the Rhode Island Supreme Court’s Trial Court Law Clerk Department during the 2022-23 judicial term.

Thereafter, Jonathan joined Indeglia Lutrario where he has been assisting the firm’s clients in a wide variety of litigation and project development matters.  Based on his experiences as a college athlete, Jonathan understands the value of preparation, unwavering dedication, and the need to perform under pressure, all for the benefit of his clients while he helps them navigate any challenges they face.
