Firm History

INDEGLIA LUTRARIO, Attorneys at Law was established in 1928, founded by Vincent Indeglia’s family; his grandfather who served as Rhode Island’s first Public Defender and his predecessor, the Hon. Retired Rhode Island Supreme Court Justice Gilbert V. Indeglia. Since the firm’s inception, our clients, both large and small, have benefited from the years of experience our attorneys collectively possess and our tradition of candor to the bench, and bar.

For the past 30 years, Vincent has promoted and cultivated a law firm supporting growth, prosperity and impeccable service to their clients. The addition of Ryan Lutrario as partner, in 2020, has only enhanced the firm’s depth of knowledge and creativity under the law. Under Ryan’s inspiration and drive, the firm has developed a heightened focus on assisting new business owners in structuring their corporate entities and providing guidance as these entities grow and expand. In addition, the firm’s real estate interested clients now have a full division of staff and attorneys upon which they can rely upon for transactions, property development, disputes and all other real estate related needs.
