BRITTNEY WILSON
ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY
A recent graduate of Roger Williams University School of Law, Brittney has joined Indeglia Lutrario’s land use practice specializing in land use and zoning matters throughout the State of Rhode Island. Brittney works diligently with clients and their contractors to obtain any special permits or variances required to complete projects within the scope of state and local laws. She recognizes the rights of property owners to develop their land as they see fit, and works diligently to advise clients of their options.
When not working on land use or zoning matters, Brittney dedicates a part of her practice to contract and instrument drafting for a variety of our clients’ needs. She takes great care to provide our clients with documents that state their purpose in a clear and concise manner so that our clients and, in turn, their clients understand the documents they are using and signing. Brittney brings to the firm, and more importantly, our clients, a firm grasp of business accounts, which she routinely applies to legal problems.
Brittney joined the firm in 2020 as a law clerk while in her second year of law school and has worked on several cases in both state and federal courts. Her combined education and practical experience enhances the depth of talent at Indeglia Lutrario. Brittney is an accomplished equestrian and spends time outside of the practice of law taking care of horses and volunteering with her local volunteer fire department as an associate member, spearheading major fundraising activities.
