Brendan Quinn is an associate at Indeglia Lutrario and an integral part of the firm’s business formation and litigation group. Brendan is well versed in the industry-specific concerns and needs of each client’s business. He assists and serves clients – from entrepreneurs, to professionals, to established corporations – in reviewing legal and business options, establishing and implementing business plans, and resolving any legal disputes or litigation that may arise. He also assists the firm and its clients with matters involving business transactions, business litigation, contract disputes, ancillary corporate matters and receivership proceedings.
Brendan joined the firm in 2020 as a law clerk while in his third year of law school. When he first joined the firm, Brendan focused on business development, assisting in the structuring and formation of new entities. Due to his firm grasp in this area, Brendan became a key component in assisting the firm in the resolution of numerous business disputes endured by clients. He has also worked on several complex litigation cases in both state and federal courts, quickly gaining a wide array of experience in the legal field.
