Creative and bold in his approach, Vincent Indeglia has successfully advocated for his clients in trials, administrative hearings, arbitrations, business negotiations, real estate business development proceedings, and in the course of providing general counsel.
Vincent has been awarded the Lawyers Weekly Lawyer of the Year Award for successfully litigating cases of first impression. He has been named as one of the top 50 debtor/creditor relationship attorneys in New England by Thomson Reuters' Super Lawyers.
As an avid proponent for the rights of his individual clients, he has successfully designed and obtained several approved Chapter 11 re-organizations for real estate developers and companies, farmers, and transportation businesses. Vincent has been appointed by the Rhode Island Superior Court as a Receiver to liquidate large operating concerns and real estate projects for the best interest of the creditors as well as to serve as a Special Master in matters of complex shareholder and debtor and creditor right disputes.
In the zealous representation of his clients Vincent not only brings to bear his legal prowess as a skilled trial lawyer but 20 years of business acumen as a CEO in the service, real estate and manufacturing industries.
