Jaclyn Cotter is an associate with Indeglia Lutrario, specializing in business litigation matters. Jaclyn’s experience expands to multiple jurisdictions and encompasses the representation of individuals and businesses throughout all stages of litigation. She has experience working in business litigation disputes representing both plaintiffs and defendants. Jaclyn’s most recent experience includes working in a complex, multi-jurisdictional cannabis litigation spanning two arbitration proceedings, litigation in Maine, Delaware and Rhode Island and the Rhode Island Supreme Court. She has practice experience in areas including insurance defense, workers’ compensation, premises liability, asbestos, construction/design professionals and personal injury. Jaclyn received her Bachelor’s in 2012 from Saint Louis University and received her Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School in 2015. She is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association and the Rhode Island Women’s Bar Association. She is authorized to practice before the Rhode Island Supreme Court and all the Courts of the State of Rhode Island, The United States District Court for the Judicial District of Rhode Island, The United States Bankruptcy Court for the State of Rhode Island and the United States Court of Appeals for the 1st Circuit.
Alisha Marcotte is an associate with Indeglia Lutrario and a member of the firm’s estate and debtor-creditor relationship group. Her practice involves assisting clients in varied civil matters, ranging from complex real estate and commercial transaction matters, supporting the commercial litigation group and assisting in client estate planning. Alisha joined our firm in 2018 as an extern for INDEGLIA LUTRARIO while simultaneously attending law school. Alisha was instrumental in assisting the firm’s court appointed receivers in revitalizing some of Rhode Island’s most blighted urban areas, converting them to productive multi-family residential properties. Alisha is a Cum Laude graduate of Roger Williams University School of Law. She is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association and she is authorized to practice before the Rhode Island Supreme Court and all the courts of the State of Rhode Island.
